You selected in the basic personal information section that you have been previously married; we have used that information to prefill your number of marriages as "1".

​We currently do not support petitions where the petitioner or beneficiary have been married more than once in the past (not including current marriage).

The reason we do this is because there is a chance that with multiple prior spouses, your application might invite a heightened level of scrutiny. There is nothing wrong with having prior multiple spouses but we have chosen not to support this for now to provide you the best possible service.
