Prior felony or convictions on the record of US citizen could trigger complexties in immigration law which might render them ineligible to petition for immigrant benefeciary. Immigration law is complex and it does not mean that the petioner is necessarily ineligible to petition. However, we do think that such cases invite added scrutiny by USCIS and may require waivers. If you are in this situation USAPath is not the right solution for you and we recommend that you consult with a competent attorney.
